Terms & Conditions
I HEREBY APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP
For membership at the Uxbridge Clays and in doing so, agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations of said Club. In the event of any accident or injury to myself or my family on the Club property or in any event organized by the Club, I do hereby waive and release any claims for damage and or compensation that my family or I might have against the Uxbridge Clays, Board of Directors, without legal recourse.
I Understand that
After my application is completed, I / My Family will be given a Prospective Membership Status. As a prospect, I must receive sign-offs from a minimum of these individuals before my one year (minimum) Probationary Membership is awarded:
- Director of Uxbridge Clays
- Senior Member in Good Standing
After being a Probationary Member for a minimum of one year I may apply for a Senior Membership.
I also UNDERSTAND THAT
Before being accepted as a member, I / My Family must be fully conversant with the Club Safety Rules and are required to shoot with a Safety Officer or Instructors at which time, comments regarding safe gun handling and general etiquette will be noted. This evaluation will then be passed to the Board of Directors for consideration and my membership application. If I fail to meet the standards required, my membership and/or membership application will be revoked and my membership fee may be refunded.
